Timex Men's Vibrating Easy Set Alarm Classic Analog Watch #T41731Timex Men's Vibrating Easy Set Alarm Classic Analog Watch #T41731
This watch to be a fantastic tool to help me manage my time. I set the alarm on this watch several times a day for little things. I use it to remind me that my lunch break is almost over, or that I have a meeting appointment in half an hour, or even that I put my lunch in the microwave for 5 minutes. The alarm is nearly inaudible, and very quick and easy to set.

This has been great for synchronizing my calendar. The Google Sync application keeps your Blackberry calendar synced with your Google calendar, and there are various methods for keeping your google calendar synced with desktop applications like Outlook, Mozilla Lightning, etc. Setting an event or reminder in one place updates it everywhere.

A sunrise simulator is great in the winter. Most ADD people I know have a hard time getting up on dark mornings. I find it much easier to get up with the alarm if a light is already on. I use a much cheaper model called "Lighten Up!" that plugs into a regular incandescent lamp, but it's not available on Amazon. This model is fairly highly-rated, and I've seen it in local wellness stores as well.

I find music helps me concentrate, if it's the right kind. These guys have fantastic sound, and since they're open-air headphones, I can easily hear if a co-worker needs my attention. For noisy, high-distraction environments, closed circumaural headphones would be better.
