Highly recommend!
I have chronic sinus issues and frequent headaches. I have tried many products and this was the first one that not only helped, but I was really impressed with as well - and that is saying a lot!. I am usually really skeptical so a product has to deliver for me to endorse it. I had a horrible sinus headache and pressure last night and after none of the OTC meds (advil,aleve) had not worked, I tried the mask. I heated the gel pack in hot water as instucted and settled on the recliner. After 5 minutes I felt a difference, and in probably 10 minutes I had actually dozed off. Not only did it help with the pressure, but it was so relaxing. I highly recommend this mask. I havent yet tried the cold therapy, but the hot one definitely works!!

More than I thought!
A little bigger and bulkier and has a wider band than I expected but is still comfortable and effective. I seem to sleep better when I use it.

Relaxing
A little bulky, but it creates a very relaxing experience. While I wish it would get a little hotter, the steady warmth is nice and it holds the temperature for a good twenty minutes. I regularly fall asleep while wearing it.

I think that the magnets make this a little more effective than it would be otherwise since it's a dry heat product (moist heat is better). My physical therapist says that although it sounds ridiculous, magnets reduce inflammation even better than ice. Since I need heat to unblock glands in my eyes, and I need to reduce inflammation in my eyes related to an autoimmune condition, this is a good product for me. So far, I'm pretty happy with it.
