So far so good
Don't be afraid of the epoxy coating being hard on your hand, mine wore off in about a week. The handle hasn't snapped yet so i am happy with that, but i know witht these things being used daily in framing they will eventually break. i was actually thinking about going with the fiberglass replacement handle next time to see how durable that is. It is a good handle and hammer overall, and gives you that extra power you need, a wide head and is still lightweight. Price and service for my transaction were excellent.
