Sloping Seat Mate Coccyx Cushion
So far this product is just what I was looking for and was at a good price comparatively. It stays in-place in my office chair, and I have significantly less pain at the end of a 9-hour day since it takes most of the pressure off of my injured tailbone.

Buy this pillow if you have lower back pain in pregnancy!
This seat cushion allowed me to sit with much less pain during pregnancy. I am a surgical resident standing for long hours and I used this cushion to help alleviate lower back pain while studying for the boards licensing exam. There is no way I could have sat for long hours at the end of a long work day during pregnancy without this pillow. Try it and you'll see. Also, it is an excellent price.

A comfortable seat.
My mother is almost 91 and complained that her tailbone would hurt with prolonged sitting. I decided to try this cushion and it has worked wonders for her...no more complaints! And it is lightweight so it can easily be moved as needed.
