These are soo comfy,and stylish, they look just like uggs for half the price. I wore mine the whole week that we went snow skiing.

Good product, bad seller
The boots are great. Cumfy, look good, and feel good.

The Seller, Luggage-biz, is disorganized. First shipment of 2 different boots, 2 different sizes, were mixed up completely. second shipment was even slower getting to me then the first. And they require you to ship them back the originals before even processing the new replacements. Needless to say a simple birthday gift turned out to be late and expensive. Customer service was friendly, but stupid and couldnt understand a simple problem like they shipped the wrong size.
