Great!!
I have shoulder length layered hair and the rollers are perfect. I put a little sculpting foam on damp hair and roll away. I finish getting ready for the day. Then unroll the rollers gently and I have great body to my hair. Sometimes when I am in a rush I use a blow dryer on low.

Extremely pleased with results
I have a jaw-length bob with very fine, silky hair. Blow drying is too damaging, and styling products weigh my hair down, making it limp and lifeless. I wanted something to tame the ends, which flip in all directions, but I did not want to cause any more damage or product build-up.

So I purchased the Bamboo Self Grip Rollers, used the 5 largest curlers on damp, clean hair (no product), rolled them to my hairline, and was really surprised that they stayed put while I finished dressing and eating breakfast.

After 30 minutes, when the ends were dry, I gently removed the rollers, and my hair looked as sleek and frizz-free as it does when I blow it dry, without the heat damage, noise, and need for hair goop.

Since I used the largest rollers, the "curl" had more a straightening effect, flipping the ends under, and providing tons of bouncing body. That is exactly what I was looking for, and I may experiment later with the smaller rollers to see what kind of results I get.

I don't know how well these rollers would work on very thick or long hair, as the bamboo grips might get lost under all that volume. But I like having something in my beauty arsenal that allows my hair to air dry and doesn't require anything besides the clay wash I use.

I tried these on a whim and now love them. They work better for me than the velcros I was using . They stick in better and don't pull out any of my baby fine hair. I use my regular diCesare Liquid FX (spray mousse) after I roll, leave in while I put on my makeup, and have bounce, fullness and body. Bamboo it is.
