Excellent excellent customer service--got a call 1-2 days after I placed the order saying it was being shipped. It arrived 1-2 days after that. The bed is very light weight and portable. The design is simple and very good. I would rate the comfort level of the mattress as adequate/average. It is not too substantial--about what you would expect. My mother slept in it and declared it "fine." My first house guests (13 year old choir boys somewhat lacking in judgment) managed to bend completely out of shape the supporting rods by neglecting to set it up correctly. I was distressed! I tracked down the company number, called them, and an angel from heaven sent me two new FREE supporting rods that were actually much better than the first ones--stronger. NO CHARGE. They arrived in 1-2 days in time for my mother's visit. I was amazed at this service. Overall, I would rate this product as very good. If you are looking for a premium type mattress you should probably spend more money but in terms of convenience, this is very good and adequate for the house guest who is of average maintenance level.

Not for full-grown adult
Although the bed itself is of very good construction, we felt that it was not adequate for a full-grown adult. fine for grandkids and unannounced guests!

mattress is very unconfortable
The mattress is terribly uncomfortable and barely usable. I have spent another $40 to try to use it.
