Product Description

Everything you need, now in one compact alarm. This single tone Malem ULTIMATE combines light, sound and vibration to help even the deepest sleeper wake. A tamper proof selection switch can be easily set to sound only, sound and vibration or vibration only. The switch is located inside the battery compartment to prevent accidental or unintentional switching. All settings have flashing lights. Compact and lightweight (less than two ounces including two AAA batteries) with all the advanced features and advantages of the world famous Malem alarms. The alarm is connected to a clip-on sensor which detects moisture. This new Easy-Clip sensor easily clips and anchors to the outside of any close fitting underwear for boys or girls. NO sewing to hassle with or metal clips or snaps to come undone during the night. NO mini-pads to buy and attach each night! Sensor contacts are within the clip so skin contact or sweating will not trigger the alarm. Malem products have been in worldwide use for 25 years. The ULTIMATE alarm uses inexpensive AAA batteries that last up to 10 times longer than standard "button" batteries found in nearly all other bedwetting alarms.

Awesome Product5
I only regret not trying it sooner. My 7 year old daughter went from wetting the bed just about every night to completely dry in 2 weeks. No more Pull-Ups, no more changing sheets because the Pull-Up leaked, no more potential embarrassment for her when friends spend the night.

Malem Alarm5
My daughter is 12 and had trouble with occasional night time bedwetting. The Doctors always said it was an underdeveloped bladder and she would grow out of it.They wanted to put her on hormones every night. No way-only for sleepovers. I was never told this could be a cure. After around 45 days she is completely dry and wakes up on her own if she has to go.She is a sound sleeper so I got the alarm with vibration and she had no problem waking up on her own.Wish I would have know this 9 years ago. RXs have to many side effects. Use this and you won't be sorry!!!!

So far, so good5
We decided to purchase this product for our 5 year old daughter who still has night time accidents. She was potty-trained at 2.5 years and stopped wetting at night shortly there after. We took her out of night time pull ups by 3 years old. Then about 6 months later she started having night time accidents. At first my husband and I were concerned something was going on and we were frustrated why she would start having accidents. We think that stressed her out too as it kept progressing. We decided to put her back in pull-ups and let it go. We thought she would out grow it but she's been in them ever since. She turned 5 in January and will be starting Kindergarten at the end of August. She would go 3-5 nights in a row with a dry Pull-Up & then have a wet night. I discussed the situation with the Ped at her 5 year check up and she didn't seem concerned but did mention the alarms. I started reading about them and decided we would give it a try. My daughter was also frustrated about wearing Pull-Ups and having accidents at night.

We are now at the end of week 4 using the Malem. The first 2 nights she wet the bed. Then she had several nights in a row of dry and was so proud. We keep track of her progress on the chart provided with the alrm. The longest stretch we have gone so far has been 8 nights in a row. What I like about the alarm is that it wakes her (& us) up immediately. For the most part she stops wetting once the alarm goes off and is able to continue in the toilet. I do have 2 extra small half sheet mattress protectors that we put on her bed so it makes clean-up quick & simple. Of the 25 nights that we have used the alarm she has had 19 dry nights. There have been 2 nights where she has had wet the bed twice but both f those nights we've had late activities & she was extremely tired (tball, family dinner).

I would also like to mention that my daughter is a very sound sleeper. We keep the alarm in noise/vibrate setting and it's loud enough for me to hear & to wake her up as well. We have a 3.5 year old daughter who shares a room with her sister and she sleeps right through the noise.

Although we have not gone 14 nights in a row dry as the book recommends, I am hopeful. My daughter is extremely proud of herself whenever she wakes up dry and likes recording her progress, choosing various colors of pens each day.

Our goal is to be alarm free come August when she starts Kindegarten!
