Product Description
Everything you need, now in one compact alarm. The Malem SELECTABLE combines light, sound and vibration to help even the deepest sleeper wake. A selection switch can be easily set to sound only, sound and vibration or vibration only. This alarm also has the added feature of allowing you to choose either eight different tones or one single sound. On the eight tone setting, one tone is activated each time the alarm is triggered to prevent audio accommodation, while the one tone setting allows you to choose your favorite sound to hear each time the alarm goes off. The alarm is connected to a clip-on sensor which detects moisture. This new Easy-Clip sensor easily clips and anchors to the outside of any close fitting underwear for boys or girls. NO sewing to hassle with or metal clips or snaps to come undone during the night. NO mini-pads to buy and attach each night! Sensor contacts are within the clip so skin contact or sweating will not trigger the alarm. The SELECTABLE alarm uses inexpensive AAA batteries that last up to 10 times longer than standard "button" batteries found in nearly all other bedwetting alarms. Look for our royal blue and camo models, too.

Worth every penny
My son (age 7) used this product for less than one month before he had completely kicked the bedwetting habit. It works exactly as described, the instructions are clearly written. There was a noticeable improvement within the first two weeks-more dry mornings than wet. I am so thankful that we found this alarm.

This device is amazing. My [...] son was very concerned about bedwetting. We tried waking him up at various times during the night to no avail. The first night we used the device it went off five times including twice within the first two hours. There is no way we could have been able to react to that. With each passing night the device went off less and less. After 2 1/2 weeks he was consistently dry and very happy about his success. What is more amazing is that he is usually not waking up at night to go to the bathroom either. BUY THIS NOW!!!
This will cure your bedwetter!
We recently bought this for our 5 year old daughter. I was going to opt for a cheaper unit and brand, but this one seems to be the most popular brand and I wanted it to work right the first time. The key to our success was that she was ready. We talked about it for awhile and then one day I told her I found a "pee pee machine" which would help her stop her bedwetting. She was excited, and I let her pick the color. She kept going back and forth from Pink to Magenta (the Pink one can pass for either) and she opted for magenta. We ordered the "ultimate" model so that she could also choose her own ring...another thing she had to look forward to.
Once I told her we ordered it and the mailman was going to bring it, she was asking me every couple of hours where the mailman was. (I think that being ready for this was part of our success.) It arrived by priority mail two days later.
She wears pull-ups to sleep. The instructions say to wear underwear under the pullups and attach the sensor to the underwear, but you can pinch the top layer of material inside the pullup enough to get a little bit of material for the sensor to clip on to, and that's how we did it. The wire from the sensor to the unit goes up through the pullup and outside her shirt and the unit attaches with a built in safety pin to her shirt. We placed it near her shoulder halfway between her arm and neck so that she would be more likely to hear it. Our initial concern that it might bother her if she sleeps on her stomach were unfounded. It never did.
She wore it like a badge of honor. They say that bedwetting is the result of too deep of sleep, and that was obvious. The first couple of days, I heard it from across the house, and jumped up and ran in to her room to wake her...she was oblivious even though this loud, vibrating alarm right near head was blaring. I sent her to the potty to finish, changed her and went back to sleep. A few times we went through this twice per night.
Within a few days she was getting the hang of it. Now, she is waking up dry most of the time, but it's only been a couple of weeks. The instructions say that it should take 12 weeks. In our case, I doubt it will take that long. If you are reading this, just go for it.
