Love this griddle
I specifically was looking for a Hard Anondized griddle, as I have other cookware that is of the same type. I LOVE this griddle. Not just because of the metal. The design is fantastic..the handle style is very comfortable to use. As with other hard anondized cookware, it is very easy care!
Well made griddle!
I purchased this product to replace my old inexpensive griddle that warped. I'm really happy I spent the extra money! It's well made and I haven't noticed any hot spots, and have gotten pretty uniform cooking on both grilled cheese and pancakes. The only thing I'm not crazy about is the height of the handle,it's a bit inconvenient for storage.

Had been shopping for a good griddle after buying a couple cheap ones that ended up warping or surface chipping off and this has not had those problems at all.
Its durable and thick. Its worth spending a little more to get this.
