This guy doesnt know what he is gabbing about
This gaget does actually work if used correctly. The last guy doesnt have any idea of what he is talkinga about. Simple theory, sweat more in the target area loss fat in the same area. Wear this when you work-out but all day along with a good diet and it will work. Several of my client have had excellent results!

Not Good
I tried this on the day I got it to see how it felt. The velcro is so strong that when I tried to take it off, the velcro ripped the top layer of the material right off. I would not advise buying this. I was dissappointed in the quality of this product.

ok product
I guess this products ok. I hadn't used it much. But when i did it made me sweat alot around my waist area. It is really long though. it looks kinda bulky. May need to cut it if ur small.
