very nice iron
Wasn't sure what to expect, but I like the iron's ability to do wet or dry hair. I have fine & thin hair, so being able to skip the blow-drying is a great thing. I am noticing that I can add one more day between shampoos & my hair is clean & shiny all the while. Would recommend the product.

Product Good but NO WARRANTY!
This product works well. I love it. However, it didn't come with a serial number so I have NO idea if it's an authorized version or what. I'm in communication with Amazon and Payless Beauty - the people Amazon outsourced this to. If I don't get a recognized serial number I will return it. I will update this posting when I have more information.

It was great until...
This T3 flat iron worked great until the temperature dial broke. Then, when I try to return it to T3 Micro, I find out that neither Payless Beauty, nor Amazon.com are authorized resellers of the T3 product. All T3 Micro can do for me is sell me a new one! Payless has not responded to my email inquiry from a week ago, so I guess a bad review is my only recourse. All I can say is "BUYER BEWARE".
