Good Things Come in Small Packages
This little frying pan is a perfect gem. I use it mainly to fry one egg for my breakfast, but I'm sure it would be good for a single hamburger or a small amount of onions or mushrooms. If you follow the directions for use and cleaning, the food comes out of the pan cleanly, making this the best non-stick surface you can find. This is really a quality product.

Daily Use Skillet

Love this American made cast iron skillet for one or two eggs. I make "Egg McMuffins" with this. It's also a great size to make a little frittata. Whatever you make will fit into a muffin or sandwich bread. I plan to make individual corn bread. I'm thinking of more things to make...I'm addicted!

I would advise everyone to buy the lid, that way things cook more evenly top and bottom.

The only thing is that I think you should still season it even though it says it's pre-seasoned. I had things stick so pre-season or use enough oil to prevent sticking.

Perfect for Small...
Like all Lodge products, this little skillet is outstanding. Add the matching 5in lid and it is a perfect skillet for 2 or 3 sausages. It is also great for eggs and is the perfect size for a gilled cheese sandwich. The pre-seasoned finish on this item seems better than other Lodge items but you may still want to do your own seasoning.
