ok but not good
It is remanufacturing. It looks like it has been refilled. It comes with dirty bag, but it works.

Cheaper than OEM, less quality
Just know that this is aftermarket (refill) toner hence cheaper than the original (OEM) Brother toner, and for a reason.
This is the fourth toner for my excellent printer Brother MFC-7840W (had it for over a year and bought OEM toners for previous three replacements). The package arrived on time but I was very disappointed with the mess it caused. It spilled ink powder on my desk and carpet when I opened the bag, not realizing loose ink powder inside. I wiped off what I could and installed it anyway to test it out.

Print quality is good - can't tell any difference from same prints using the original toner. My concern is it may spill ink powder inside your printer while in use and eventually damage your printer. But I plan to use this toner until it's empty to make my money's worth and that's it. Don't use refill if you think your printer will last for a few more years.

Just for comparison, the original (OEM) cartridge comes in an air-tight seal (like food packaging) and there is no ink particle spill inside.

Not a good return policy
First tuner get big noise, had to sent back with my own money, did get second one work ok, but quality is not garrentied, you never know you get a good one every time, the fact that you have to paid the return item is not a good return policy.
