Customer Reviews
Not as great as we thought
Product came on time but with no directions or instructions. Only one height is possible so the amount of shade may not be much if two or more people need to use it together. Tilting is possible only in one direction so you do need to rotate the umbrella as the sun moves.
Unnstable - fell down in light wind, even though we have a 45-lb base that Amazon advertises with this product - the top venting mechanism didn't work well - the top flap sticks to the umbrellas so air doesn't flow through. We will keep it as returning such a big item is a pain, though are not as excited about the quality and features as we would have liked it to be. Free shipping was definitely nice.
Great Umbrella
This is my first umbrella, so I haven't experienced others, but I think this umbrella is great. I love how far it can tilt, although sometimes turning that knob to make it tilt can be a little difficult (sometimes I just have to use a lot of strength to turn it). The color is very nice - love the terra cotta. It is much bigger than I thought it would be, but it gives a lot of shade, which I needed. It has blown off my balcony twice from heavy winds, but I think it was because the base isn't heavy enough. I tied the umbrella to my balcony and it's been fine since. So it's not perfect, but I really like it.
tilt market umbrella
Looks like the picture on-line. Quick assembly. Only drawback: people 5'3" or under cannot operate the tilt button. The leverage is wrong for shorter people.
