So informative
This DVD is definitely for instructors or trainers. It is beyond my Bosu level now but just watching it, I learned so much and hope to build up to being able to use it. I would get all of the other Dvds in the series before this one. They can be used for anyone--you just have to build up on them and modify them. They are great for trainers too, I would think. The Bosu is so much fun and has really helped me with balance and arthritis and fitness.
