Shipping Nightmare
When the first set arrived the box was in shreds and the granite was cracked in multiple places. When the second one arrived one the the screw holes was never threaded but I like the fireplace so much that I fixed it myself. Buyer's Beware of this product. It was a headache. Fedex also did not do a very good job shipping this product. I'm sure it was thrown around during shipping. The manufacture needs to put fragile signs on the box or handle with care. Nothing was on the box.
