I LOVE IT...EXCEPT!
The bottom (fire bowl) came cracked...I have two of them...purchased from different places...and both came with a cracked fire bowl...I called the manufacturer and they told me they would send me replacement fire bowls the end of November at the earliest. The stove is really nice beyond that and well worth the money...I use both of them indoors with candles in them...I think they look like antiques...I really do love them...I must if i kept both of them even though they were damaged...but the vendor said they would make it good so I am very happy with my purchase. I gave it five stars in spite of the flaws because I really am impressed with the product for the price...

outside fireplace review
I was really anticipating recieving this item. When it arrived, it looked very diffucult to assemble. I never found out if it was diffucult because when I started taking it out of the package it was broken. I was soo dissapointed. Then.....I sent it back and I HAD TO PAY RETURN SHIPPING...WHAT??? So I was charged $ 99.99 and recieved $79 99 back. Seems like they made $20.00 off of me. I wont order again.
As far as finding something positive to say... the return proceeded well. I was able to easily print a label and the refund (minus $20) was promptly returned.

excellent fireplace
The bottom portion (fire bowl) arrived cracked, which I read happened to the other customer on here that has written a review. Having said that I called the Landmann company and they sent me a new one right away. They were very pleasant and the fire bowl arrived within a week. It was easy to put together and makes a fairly good sized fire for such a small unit. What I like most is the fires are very safe, it doesn't blow amber's around like other fireplaces I have owned. In addition it's a nice looking Chiminea. I would highly recommended it to anyone looking for something small & inexpensive.
