Great mini trampoline
I use this every morning. I do jumping jacks and it's definitely a back saver. The set up was easy, I did it myself. It's very sturdy, definitely better than the cheap models you can buy in Walmart. I think the price was worth it. I have the stabilizer bar but have never used it. I think this is a great cardio piece of equipment.

Rebounding excellence
This is the best fun and greatest workout ever. The Needak is easy on my knees and allows me to get a full cardio workout that would be otherwise impossible. The stabilizer bar makes it safe. It is necessary to begin slowly. The first workout, I could barely do 2 minutes, but now have built up to 20 min or more. This is the best purchase I could have ever made. I put the ABBA cd on and bounce, dance and jog my way to better health. It arrived in only a few days and I am definitely pleased.
