Piece of Junk. Stay away from anything made by this company1
I just got this Water Pump today. I don't even need to try to pump water to see that it is garbage. Where to begin? The flywheel is made of plastic. It burns oil the first time I started it and every time after that. There are 2 levers (I assume one is choke and one is supposed to be throttle) that aren't labeled. The throttle lever doesn't work. It shuts off on its own very often. It doesn't sit flat on the ground, it wobbles because the frame is bent. The manual didn't even say to fill up the oil first, or what kind of oil to use. The manual seems to have been written by someone whose first language is not English.
On top of all that, the pump was obviously not new. It was rusty on the bottom, and the paint was chipped in many spots.

After starting it up and running water through it (it took about 5 minutes of pulls to get it started), it ran fine for about 10 minutes. Then it died on its own again. Since that, it has run HORRIBLY. I can't get it run really start and run now. After it died a few more times, the starting cord broke.

This is easily the worst thing I have ever bought. Do not buy this product, as you will most certainly be very, very disappointed. If you are thinking about buying a water pump, which if you are reading this then obviously you are, go with something higher quality. A Briggs or Honda or John Deere. Anything but this piece of crap. In fact, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING MADE OR DISTRIBUTED BY BUFFALO TOOLS.
