felt cheated..waiting for a replacement1
Actually I got this phone for a wedding anniversary gift for one of my friend for her husband... even though her husband was delighted to see the BB pearl phone package.. it all vanished once he opened the box.. the phone was full of scratches and looked like a used phone even though the seller claimed to be a new phone that was never opened.

I am working with Amazon.com to see how I can get this phone replaced..

Its a lesson for me not to buy if it is not from amazon..

WHAT A DISASTERIOUS PURCHASE1
Please stay away from this phone. The phone is very complicated. Not practical for on-the-go business professionals. This phone does not transition well to other networks. It takes more than 24hrs to get phone fully charges and even than it does not retain good battery life throughout the day. I have better service with a cheaper pay-as-you-go phone than the blackberry pearl. I am very dissappointed with this product after having paid more than $300. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT
