Customer Reviews
Wasted money
I purchased 4 of these re-writables 2 25 gig and 2 50 gig at a cost of over 200 dollars with the idea I would be able to copy a blu-ray movie using my 2 blu ray burners i have with my pc using Nero. Unfortunately that did not happen as Nero nor any other burning software I use keeps telling me there is not even a disk in the drive.
I did manage to get one of the 25 gigs ones to burn video data i.e. mpeg, and avi files but so far that is all and not what I wanted to spend my money on for sure especially for how expenisve these discs are.
I was very disappointed in the product. I had previously ordered the verbatim brand write once blu-rays from Tiger Direct with no problems.
I should have stuck with those.
No problems so far
I have two of these that have been burned and erased six times each. Both are still working well.
Very Good
The price isn't exactly a high point but then again its better to have rewritable to try out your project before you go with a permanent -R disc. 2 x is kind of slow but it is more of a safe guard for me to have a rewritable instead of sinking money in something that won't work or have my burn stop in the middle because of an error. I recommend rewritable discs first for anyone who burns and cares about cost but if money is not your issue than have it with any disc you need.
