Product Description
This Nikon AF mount 28-80mm AF zoom lens is the perfect wide-angle lens for when you just cant move mountains. The wide angle effect broadens the angle of view, while increasing the depth of field, so objects near and far are in focus at the same time. The lens zooms from a wide 28mm quickly to a medium telephoto range of 80mm. It is great for cityscapes, outdoor panoramas, room interiors, and group shots. The aspherical elements in the front group reduce the number of elements required, while the use of strong engineering plastic in the barrel make the body light for travel. A excellent addition to any outfit. >>> Mounted to a zoom lens, the Precision Design .25X can often offer ultra wide angle, diagonal fisheye (full frame) and circular fisheye images. Close focusing is almost to the front of the optic and theres huge depth of field. The .25X can be a great tool for real estate agents or for just having fun! If you plan on doing panoramic or full room shots, just stand your tripod in a corner facing the center of a room. It can capture almost EVERYTHING, floor to ceiling, wall to wall, except what is directly behind the camera. Just import the resulting image into a panoramic editor/ stitching program (your digital camera probably came with one), convert it to a QuickTime VR file, and have a virtual view of the room. The Precision Design .25X is the affordable fisheye optic for useful, unusual and fun pictures you otherwise wouldn't be able to obtain.

I ordered this kit. To put my comments in context, I do not take photos for the Times, ESPN, or anything along those lines. In fact, my professional interest in photography is really more on the artistic side.
Like I said, I ordered this kit. I was looking for a fisheye lens that wouldnt cost me an arm and a leg and couldn't pass up this deal since it included the fisheye that I had decided to buy.
I was actually more surprised by the Aspheric lens. I've been having a tremendous amount of fun tinkering with it and different aperature settings.
I would say that if you're not the sort of person who makes their living through photography, it you're a hobbiest who sometimes profits from their hobby, these lenses would be appropriate for you.
great deal but won't work with Nikon D60
Good deal. basic lens + fisheye lens for $100.
But I had to return it cuz it won't autofocus with Nikon D60.
Works if u manually focus though. No Vibration reduction.
