3 Power Yoga Routines on one DVD. Very challanging regarding strength. Much better than Kests later programms. Highly recommended, but ones again: very challanging.

Great DVD by a very skilled and gentil instructor. The Armbalance workout is highly advanced! Not for beginners and intermediate. The hipopening routine is great and for everybody. Inspiring Pranayama session.

Good Power Yoga routine. Manny different programms from 30 to 70 Minutes. Some programms are very challanging for your strength and include some pretty advanced Poses.

Nice and strong Power Yoga Session at a very, very cheap price. The Session is round, fluid and powerfull. You can break it down into three sections. I´d recommend it for intermediate to advanced students (includes Poses like half moon and Bakasana wich are not suitable for beginners).

Very very intense Flow workout (55 Min)! There are no real advanced poses in it, but a lot of inovative alternatives. This is one of the most physically demanding Flows if seen. You need a lot of body controll to do all the things safely. I would not recommend it for beginners. For any intermediate to advanced practicioner wanting to push your all over body strength much further, this is for you.

Very nice Flow Routine for everybody from beginner (meaning you know the basic Poses) to even advanced. No really challanging Poses but very nice variations and good and pricise guidance. Inovative Option for both workouts is music and breathing only. So you can practice with instruction or just focus on breathing.

Great different aproach to Flow Yoga! Everything is done in Slow Motion. The Poses aren´t held long but you build them up very slow. Great class for mindfulness. I´d say you need to be advanced to get most out of it. If you cant controll all the muscels in the Poses well and don´t know how to "play" with a Pose and build them up mindfully you might not find your way into this great Flow.

Very nice flow Yoga sessions with some unique breathing techniques added. Rainbeau is a very gentil and competent instructor. Each 45 Min long and suitable for all levels. Variations for different levels are demonstrated. There is a Bonus workout of about 15 Min on each DVD.(Buying the gift set is an awesome deal!! Both DVDs for 9,98$! If you buy one DVD alone its 17,99$ for just one DVD.)
