Business Turnaround
If you need to turnaround or "recover" your unprofitable business, you need to take fast action. There is a "Turnaround Management Association" (TMA) at turnaround.org but it focuses more on distressed business workouts related to bankruptcy, etc. They have chapters around the US, and a certification program, so check them out, and even use some of their consultant members for bankruptcy recovery if you don't have the skills yourself. Then review some of these books for some "Hard Core" Business Turnaround Techniques. Most are written by experienced individuals, or are case studies of major turnarounds.
