Editorial Reviews

From the Manufacturer
This extra heavy duty fiberglass stepladder has a 300 pound duty rating (type IA). It is made of nonconductive fiberglass rails for added safety in case of electrical hazards. It has internal Pinch-Proof spreaders, double riveted Traction-Tred steps and has every rivet backed up by a metal part or washer. There is a rear horizontal brace across from each step and knee bracing on the top step and horizontal brace. The molded plastic top has a paint can hook built into the underside. The Edge (energy diffusing geometric enhancement) molded brace and-foot pad combination provides enhanced bracing strength and increased protection against damage.

Customer Reviews

Superb all-duty ladder for the home5
This is especially a great ladder for use _inside_ the house. The sturdy high-impact plastic molded top is better (in my opinion) than a metal top, because if you bump walls or furniture while carrying the ladder, you're a lot less likely to cause damage. In addition, the thing is well-built and extremely durable. By the way, I do recommend adding the Werner "pail shelf", as that enhances the ladder's usefulness.

I own two of these ladders, and they have work well for me. They are very stable and easy to move. I also like that you are not grounded when you do electrical work.
