I've tried many different DVD Authoring programs, all which are pretty poor, including Nero. Roxio DVDIt is a bit pricy, unless you can find a used version, but it allows all the features of any super-professional Mac program, such as DVD Studio Pro, on a Windows machine. Plus the Pro HD now allows for Blu-ray authoring and copyright protection.
