Go With The Flow
"The Law Of Attraction" by Esther & Jerry Hicks is a great book!!!
What I like most in 'The Law of Attraction' is the idea that we were born with desires & dreams originating in our previous lifetimes. As a result in this lifetime we were born into environments that will assist us in bringing our dreams into reality.
Therefore 'work with what is' & go with the flow, since somewhere in your environment is the key that will lead you toward manifestation of your desires. There is no need to struggle against the current or try to go upstream, since what you really want isn't upstream.
'The Law Of Attraction' is a must read, highly inspiring!
Even better together with 'Nexus' by Morrison & Singh, a New Energy Novel that delves deeply into the personal transformational journeys of a fascinating group of characters. Deep, spiritual, true to life (joys, sorrows, challenges, success) & inspiring. Share in the light!
"Convenient" Theories which support Animal Abuse
I am appalled by Hicks/Abraham's assertion that animals are "happy" participants in their own abuse and slaughter and are continually reborn just so they can willingly offer themselves up for human use. Whew! Well, I guess we don't need to worry then, about the atrocities humans are committing against animals every day on a mass scale with the horrors of Factory Farming. We don't need to bother ourselves with the fate of the BILLIONS of animals who are mutilated, abused and endure lives of "sunless hells" (as Matthew Scully, former Bush speech writer and author of Dominion, describes it) in our country's unfathomably cruel industrialized animal agriculture system.
Hicks/Abraham's theories are speciest, self-serving and support the status quo. They are akin to pro-slavery advocates arguing that black people "wanted" to be owned, enslaved and worked to death. That it was in their own interest to serve their white masters.
These theories are shameful at best, extremely dangerous at worst. I would not recommend this charlatan's book or DVD to anyone who cares about animals or believes in the importance of personal responsibility.

Learning The Law of Attraction Changes Lives
So many things have been drawn into my life, what a relief to know we can have some say in what is coming our way. This book addresses the spiritual law that governs why we get what we get. I married a man that came back into my life from 40 years ago, I created a career I love, and continue to fine tune the process by which that which I desire continues to come my way. Great book that clarifies with certainty how the law of attraction works.
Another book to read over and over again.Enjoy!
