Customer Reviews

Not good for a shot clock for basketball1
I purchased this count down timer to use as a hand held shot clock/timer for basketball but you cannot stop and reset the timer. Yes, you can restart the count down but you'll have to wait until the time expires for it to reset. The manual is pretty sparse so if there is away to do this, it is not in the manual or on the Robic web site.

Timer reviw4
The product is for the timing of our recreation dept. softball program. The timers have proven to be durable and accurate; coincidentally that is what I was looking for.Voila! satisfied customer.

Works very nicely for counting down seconds5
Countdown Stopwatch - works "in reverse" to normal stopwatches. Perfect for timing duration-limited events that might require rarely or occasionally pausing the time remaining without resetting, such as in soccer games. Excellent for referees, game officials, or coaches to keep track of time when an official clock display is unavailable. Also perfectly suitable as a backup timer. Doesn't work very well for "shot clock" purposes - a little difficult to reset to start again at a specific time duration - would have to punch in the required duration each time. Also might be too tedious for officials to use in basketball games in general since the game clock is constantly stopping and restarting.
