Review
"Form a line for this book! Cyndi Stackpole has written a companion book which, for people like me, who are visual and practical, brings the PMBOK Guide to life with a set of forms and the instructions for completing them. This book is extremely straightforward in its approach." (scopecrepe.blogspot.com, March 23rd, 2009)
From the Back Cover
A handy compendium of ready-made forms for managing every project
This valuable companion to A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide)—Fourth Edition presents project managers with a comprehensive and practical set of forms and reports that help them apply the concepts and practices described in the PMBOK® Guide.
Written by the project manager of the team that updated PMI's PMBOK® Guide—Fourth Edition, A Project Manager's Book of Forms is designed specifically to help both new and experienced project managers handle all aspects of a project. The forms cover all the Process Groups: Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring and Controlling, and Closing. It even includes some forms not mentioned in the PMBOK® Guide, which you will find helpful in managing your project.
Use the forms as a guide in collecting and organizing project information, or as a template for ensuring a set of consistent data on all projects. The forms can also be adopted on an organizational level to enable a repeatable approach to project management.
For your convenience, completely editable electronic versions of all the blank forms, in Microsoft® Office–compatible format, are on the included CD-ROM. You may use them as is or tailor them to your own needs.
The PMBOK® Guide covers the processes for managing a project; this book gives you a handy road map of forms to use to make every project just a bit smoother from start to finish.

Customer Reviews
Good resource, Needs Customization for your needs
One of the good ideas that PMI has done recently. Although the majority of templates are clearly done in a hurry, and without putting too much thought into them (some are not even fit for actual implementation), but it is for sure a very good start for creating and establishing your own templates.
Full of fresh ideas.
Just ok...
The book is very well organized but with few basic information.
My expectations was much higher than the content.
Good Schedule
I'm very satisfied with Amazon. This book I had a recomendation from my teacher but is very dificult to find at the stores in Brazil. In Amazon I just spend some minutes and I bough the book. The delivery was ok, and arrive before the estimation date.
