Directions
Take one softgel daily with a meal, or as recommended by your health care provider. Keep bottle tightly closed and store in a cool, dry place.

It Works great, Don't Know how
I have been taking this product for 8+ years. I suffer from chronic pain, and it helps tremendously. I don't know how, but it does. I have taking the ingredients separately but the effectiveness is not nearly as good. It is a magic combination.

The only drawback is that it is not always available and it is hard to find.

Keeping your brain happy
The Nature Made Antioxidant formulation seems to have that is required to keep Senior brains functioning. I believe it is the best formulation for the price. It was carried by CVS for years and then dropped - a big mistake because it opened the door for Amazon with me. Buy enough to get free shipping (two 3 packs)and you have a great product at a reasonable price.

Antioxident formula
I cannot find this Nature Made product in the stores any longer, I have tried Sav-On, and many markets, but was happy to see it offered at Amazon. I have been taking these Antioxident Formula softgels for quite some time and am very happy with my health, and so is my doctor. I do not have high blood pressure or cholesterol issues, or diabetes. I am 60 years old and my doctor said to keep doing whatever I have been doing because it is making his job easier! These softgels can also be taken with any regular vitamins you are taking as an addition.
