Buy new: $3.99 This was his first rattle and he really loves this. Bright Starts also has a rattle with a rattle on the bottom part and a soft lion on the other side and this is his absolute favorite rattle although I couldn't find it on Amazon - i've seen it at toys-r-us, though. This rattle is also really nice, though.

Note -- we bought one with the mobile and changer on the top, and we never ended up using either.

Two or four of these came with the medela breast pump that i purchased.

The front wheel doesn't swivel but it hasn't been a problem -- I wouldn't say it's worth the extra $$ unless you plan to use this for around the mall, etc. We use an umbrella stroller for that...
