Fisher-Price Infant-To-Toddler Rocker - Blue/RedFisher-Price Infant-To-Toddler Rocker - Blue/Red
Buy new: $29.11
My daughter never took to this. On our model (pink/purple with bugs), and I think in this model too, the seat is really hard because there's a piece of particle board inside that was uncomfortable for our baby. She did nap in it a few times but usually woke up annoyed. On the plus side, I gave it to a friend with a 1 yr old who loves using it as a TV chair, so it is good for older kids.
Infantino Blue Retro Circle Easy RiderInfantino Blue Retro Circle Easy Rider
Buy new: $14.99
I bought this, tried it on and immediately decided to return it. It wasn't very comfortable and the buckles hit right where the baby's shins would be if she were facing you. I got a Baby Bjorn instead and it is WONDERFUL.
Fisher-Price Open Top Take-Along SwingFisher-Price Open Top Take-Along Swing
The only reason I can see really NEEDING one of these in addition to a large swing is if your baby is at a sitters a lot and you keep it there, otherwise it's a waste of trunk space. If you want to save space and use a travel swing at home, use the Boppy one... it's the best. Otherwise just get a full-size. When you're traveling, just rock your baby in their carseat.
Graco Quattro Tour Deluxe Stroller in LegacyGraco Quattro Tour Deluxe Stroller in Legacy
This stroller is awesome, but I still wish we hadn't bought it. We have a small car and a small home so I would prefer a small, lightweight stroller that I could pop my infant carseat into. This is just too big to make it convenient.
Graco Bumper Jumper in Twist 'n ShoutGraco Bumper Jumper in Twist 'n Shout
Buy new: $119.00
My baby didn't like this for very long. She much prefered the Exersaucer. This hangs too low to the ground so even on the highest setting it's still too low for normal-weight babies.
Take Along Tropical ArchTake Along Tropical Arch
Buy new: $12.55
I thought this would be a great toy to attach to my daughter's gear but I was disappointed. The arch can be positioned in many different angles but it doesn't take much pressure to change it so my daughter would pull the whole thing down when she pulled a toy. The toys hang too low at stomach level. Also my musical toy played a weird distorted tune every few times from the day we got it.
Johnsons Baby Bedtime Bath - 15 OzJohnsons Baby Bedtime Bath - 15 Oz
Buy new: $4.59
This isn't actually soap, it's just frangrance to add to your baby's bath water. Skip this and buy lavender scented baby soap or lotion.
Lansinoh 20265 Disposable Nursing Pads, 60-packLansinoh 20265 Disposable Nursing Pads, 60-pack
Buy new: $7.15
These got awesome reviews, so maybe it's just me but I found them to be extremely itchy... not a quality you want in a nursing pad!
Evenflo Splash Time 1pc Folding Tub - White/BlueEvenflo Splash Time 1pc Folding Tub - White/Blue
Buy new: $12.99
I had this in a different brand but it looks very similar. I wish I had bought a full baby tub... this was awkward, uncomfortable for baby, and leaked everywhere if it was more than 1/2 full. I started just using the bathroom sink so I didn't have to bother with it!
Sassy Baby 2 In 1 Sleep Positioner; WhiteSassy Baby 2 In 1 Sleep Positioner; White
Buy new: $9.99
DEFINITELY a waste of money. When my baby was still just a couple of months old, she started scooting around the crib and dragging this along with her. It did nothing to keep her from flipping over when she wanted and would have certainly been more of a hazard than help if we had continued using it.
Stay-Put Suction Bowls - 3pkStay-Put Suction Bowls - 3pk
Buy new: $11.59
It took my daughter about 10 seconds to figure out how to unstick these suction cups and then her food goes flying because the suction suddenly let up. They're cute, but not worth the price.
The First Years Soothie Bottle Starter SetThe First Years Soothie Bottle Starter Set
Buy new: $20.85
THE WORST bottles on the market, at least that we've tried. They leak really bad no matter what you do and they gave my baby gas and made her spit up more. Yuck. I do like the little snack/formula cups they came with though.
Medela Harmony Manual BreastpumpMedela Harmony Manual Breastpump
Buy new: $34.99
Unless you're a very regular pumper, you probably will get little or no results from a manual pump. I occasionally pumped with a pump-in-style and never got the Harmony to work at all, not even an ounce.

I guess I'm just a bargain-shopper at heart because I read this cover-to-cover and found myself thinking they were spending way too much on baby stuff. Just using my common sense I found way better deals than they listed. It's written by a former high-end baby store owner, so places like BRU are less popular because of the lack of service, but I could do without that for the selection.
