The smallest in a progression of three, this all-white porcelain pastry stand measures six inches in diameter, the perfect size for a tiny yet rich flourless chocolate torte or a selection of pungent, hand-crafted cheeses. Modern in its simplicity, the base gently curves and the top is perfectly flat with a hint of an upturned rim. Nevertheless, the pedestal stand allows a bit of after-dinner pomp and circumstance for two people who want to share even an ordinary cupcake. Stack this stand on top of the other two (available separately), which measure approximately 9 and 12 inches in diameter, and a three-tiered "tree" is created for displaying and serving appetizers or sweets at a buffet or party.

In addition to pastry and cake stands, the Nouveau collection from BIA Cordon Bleu includes square and rectangular serving pieces in a contemporary, Asian-inspired tone.
