Thank God for expert reviewers
This set has really good quality bits. Would I drill into concrete with these???? No, no, no; these bits are NOT meant for concrete drilling. By the way the don't have pilot points neither. Nonetheless they are great bits.

Your basic, quality set of bits.
I bought these because of the price. Its a good deal for 29 pieces in a sturdy metal case. The bits are of better quality than the cheap-o sets offered by other manufactures. Though there are better sets out there, you will spend a lot more for them. If you need a basic set of bits, you'll be happy with this purchase.

good bit set
I have used Hanson bits for years and am happy so far. The container need some repair to a spring that closes the top.
