Original PO-KE-NO Game Basics: Each player, except the dealer, is given a board and some chips. (If there are no more players than boards, the dealer may also play.) The dealer, with an ordinary deck of 52 playing cards (large print, if needed), shuffles them and turns the top card over, calling it out. For example: "Queen of Spades". Each player, who has the queen of spades on his/her board, cover it up with a chip. The dealer continues turning over cards in succession and the players continue covering cards on their boards until someone has covered a complete row of five - either horizontally or vertically. The player calls "OUT". The player who wins becomes the next dealer. The winner receives all chips lying on the other players' boards. The winner also wins a reward of chips according to the rank of the poker hand (see included ranking & chip value). Intended for Ages 6 and up

Have a bias for bingo or a predilection for poker? Po-Ke-No has elements of both, with variations that make it many games in one. Play 5-card Po-Ke-No, Po-Ke-No Black Jack, 4-Corner Po-Ke-No, Po-Ke-No Roulette--or just stick with good old Original Po-Ke-No. In the basic version, each player is given a game card--a 10-by-7-inch board with 25 face-up playing card illustrations on each--and some red plastic chips. The dealer shuffles an ordinary deck of playing cards (not included) and turns the top card over, calling it out. Each player who has that "card" on her or his board covers it with a chip. The first person to cover a complete row of five, vertically or horizontally, wins, and collects all chips on other players' boards or receives a reward based on the poker value of her or his hand (chart with rank of poker hands included). HAPPY, HAPPY, HAPPY
I have been playing POKENO for over 20 years my whole family LOVE this game; my family get together every Saturday to play for pennies. I searched high and low for a week to find this game, all the toy stores and the department stores but no one had it. Then I went online to see if I could find it, and I was happy to see that Amazon.com had it and without any hesitation I bought it and I received it in 3 days.

ORIGINAL POKENO GAME
The product is one I had search for for some time. Hence, it one I grew up with...The Original version. The size is perfect and yet compact. This game can give hours of fun for as many as 12 at one time. If you've ever played Bingo...you caN play this game. Pokeno is THE board game for fun loving adults. The terms 4 corners, center,4 of a Kind, blackout and PO KE NO will become your most treasure words to shout.
