Not the highest quality construction- good for the price.
Typical purple martin houses cost much, much more, so I was happy to find this one at such a low price. The final assembled product is pretty good, but a damaged piece of wood left a big space in the top 'floor' of the birdhouse. Also, some of the pre-drilled holes were missing or off the mark. These are not difficult to fix, but it caused some confusion!
