AWESOME!!! Softer feet here I come!
I usually wear the socks with the cream for 2 to 3 hours. I've had them since Christmas and have used them twice a week and after only 4 treatments (using the softening sock salve), my heels are SO much smoother and softer! I had really deep cracks in my heels with sharp chunks poking out - even using a heel file didn't help! But these things are already showing drastic improvement! The only part that's hard for me is soaking my feet first, so I usually do it in the morning after my shower. {Another nice benefit of being a stay at home mom ;-)}

My box lists step by step instructions including how to hand wash them. After 4 uses (2-3 hours as stated previously) I feel no need to wash these - my feet do NOT sweat in them. I've even worn a pair of slipper socks over them to help keep them clean when I walked around the house (careful with that one - they're pretty slick when you first put them on with the softening sock salve!) and my feet still didn't sweat.

I DO recommend using the softening sock salve with them for faster results.

I was worried about buying this kit because of the cost, but it's worth every penny. In less than a week my feet have gone from cracked and peeling to soft and healthy. This kit is amazing.
