ATI Radeon Graphics Card HD2900XT
I bought it with the intention of using it. I need to upgrade my motherboard to include a 2nd PCI express slot and a more powerful power supply. So,I have it, but haven't used it yet. I don't feel like building another desktop PC from the case on up to accomodte the card in my Dell Dimension E521 just newly purchased this past July.
Great performance without breaking the bank
This card performs close to the high end Nvidia cards that cost close to $600. It's been great with a variety of titles I've tested on it at high resolution including Prey, Supreme Commander, Company of Heroes, Far Cry, Bioshock, Half Life 2, etc.
It's a great value as well since it ships with a code to get the upcoming Half Life 2 episode 2 box with Team Fortress and Portal.
Note that the card does put off a fair amount of heat while you are gaming so be sure to have good cooling in your system and the card does require a good power supply.
