This is an amazing product!!!
The "Harmony One" takes some tech savvy to setup and enjoy. It is easy true enough - but only if you know your way around a computer and you know how your tv, surround sound, cable box and dvd player are setup and wired. For some folks it may only take 10 to 15 minutes to get this item setup but for some it may take a few hours of fine tuning and tweaking to get it working right.

This is not the simplest universal remote on the market but it is feature rich and with some time and patience, you should be just fine. From what I understand Logitec's support is great. I had my unit setup and running within 30 minutes - I like it a lot!

Logitech Harmony One Advanced Universal Remote
It took longer to set up than advertised, but it wasn't that hard. The hardest part was getting the information necessary to include in the internet set up.

We love the idea of one touch use for whatever we want done. If all doesn't work right, and you ask it for help, it generally fixes itself. Yep! That's what I said.

We were unable to configure to play the radio through our receiver. That was the only glitch. I recommend this product. My wife really likes it and I don't have to remind her how to use it.

Well worth the money
The remote works exactly as promised and is just as easy to program. I have not found another all-n-one remote that would work with our Olevia tv and I was hesistant. But now that I have it, it was well worth the money. It is so easy my 7 year old can use it.
