Great camera, the live-view is awesome. Nice starter camera/backup. Only downside is it's not full frame

Great telephoto lens, very fast. The IS doesn't do too much, but it's good to have. Always use a tripod.

There's alot of glass on this lens. WONDERFUL.

Nice glass,huge focal length. Nice for not having to switch lenses and dust up the sensor. The 24-70 paired with the 70-200 is slightly sharper though.

great wide angle lens. If you dont want to spend the money and the speed isn't the biggest deal to you, look at the 17-40mm f/4L another great lens for a reasonable price.

My most used lens. Great for outdoor stuff. Great walkaround lens too, not as sharp as the 24-70 but the extra focal length makes it worth it, especially for portraits

when you buy a pro tripod, u get just the tripod. a goodball head isnt cheap, but once you have one you'll fall in love

A wireless remote is crucial. reduces camera shake.

I love the battery grip, it's more comfortable with the big lenses, and extra battery life. Plus they just look good.

Great for sorting all those pictures!

if you are printing your own photos: Great for printing borderless 4x6, 5x7, and 8x10s

for 16x20 prints. epson doesnt make the 16x20 paper, so if you dont want to cut the paper, look at other paper manufactures like Red River Paper

Monopods are nice if you don't want to take up a lot of room. Many museums allow these without filling out an application to use a tripod.

ALWAYS use a lens hood to prevent flare, plus for protection. The L series lenses all come with hoods and bags, so make sure to purchase these on NON-L lenses.

Diffusers are great.
