Album Description
A unique collection of 6 new blues-rock tracks in classic Thorogood style, combined with 6 "fan favorites" that have been out-of-print and hard to find on CD.

An E.P.?
The only reason I'm not giving this release five stars is because I'm being forced to pay for material I already own in order to obtain the six new songs on the CD. But that's really a minor complaint. As evidenced by their last two releases, George Thorogood and The Destroyers have been making amazingly good music lately, and this new album is surely no exception. It's easily as good as anything on Ride Till I Die or The Hard Stuff. Tail Dragger and Let Me Pass are excellent songs. As for the old tracks, they're the same versions found on Haircut, Boogie People, Born To Be Bad and Bad To The Bone, with the exception of Treat Her Right, which is the single edit version of the song--its first ever appearance on CD. They're all really good songs. True GT&D classics. If you already have them, no big deal. If you don't, you're in for a real treat.
Another GTD Classic
Although there are only 6 "original" tracks on this album, they are well worth the asking price - George & The Destroyers still have it, especially since adding the new lead guitarist (Jim Suhler) a few years back. The first two tracks are awesome! "Let Me Pass" has a classic Johnny Cash beat with a rockin' rhythm. This is how music should sound - makes you want to get up & dance immediately & doesn't let go... & leaves you wanting more! Can't wait for the next album - or this coming Tuesday as we have tickets for their KC show! Hopefully they'll play all "Dirty Dozen"! Ride On Josephine! BUY THIS ALBUM!!!
George is still bad to the bone!!!
I like The Dirty Dozen alot! But his older albums are better. To me
I think. It's nice to know that these boys are still around and playing
good old time Rock & Roll and blues too.
