Customer Reviews
Fantastic!
I really enjoy this book. I am a holistic teacher and counselor and I know that is sometimes difficult to take care of our physical, mental and emotional needs. If you enjoy spa treatments, great, this book is for you. If you never have a spa treatment before, you are in for a treat. And if you love them, but do not have the time or the money, Mary Muryn has superb, inexpensive and easy formulas and recipes to do just so. The ingredients can be found in a health food market or even in your kitchen. All you need is some time, willingness and a bath tub or shower to nurture and have a retreat for your body, heart and mind. I hope you enjoy it as much as I.
More Aquatic Gratifications
"Spa Magic" is aimed at women who wish some stability of body and mind in their everyday being through some of the well tested techniques found in this book. It is required reading in my house. And yes, Tarzan once said that it was a real jungle out there. Still don't let anybody borrow this book. Tell Tarzan to get his own copy unless he plans to give a copy to Jane!
