An Excellent Guide...
This book is an excellent guide for one's ascension process. Throughout the reading the author's channeling is profound and believable. There are many Pleiadian channels, who I do not discredit, however, this particular channeler has some very interesting things to say that just ignite the intuitive mind and soul...
Great for the holistic practice.
This book came as a suggestion from a healing clinic in my area. As I first scoffed at the idea of Light Body Activation, I thought to myself, "what harm could it do?" When the facilitator arranged my stones about me to proceed with the first activation, there was a definite connection and boost in my own personal energy.
The second activation a month later had me spinning before she had completed the activation and I was everything and nothing at the same time. My (physical) body didn't exist to me any more, but I was still strangely aware of it. Later after the activation, I had a definite increase in my intuition, energy and awareness. What I thought was a limit for my own awareness, I was shown that it was only the beginning as gifts I had been unaware of came into being and gifts I had forgotten about or had minimal use of, reminded me they were still there. I have had such an increase in energy since then, I would go to bed at my normal time of 10 PM and wake up refreshed and aware at 3 or 4 in the morning. Often I would go back to sleep and wake up before my alarm clock would try to wake me and still have a full day and not be fatigued as I would before the activation.
The third activation gave me access to receiving messages. Almost immediately, I was in tune with getting messages without the need to filter them. It was almost overwhelming to me to get them and not be able to do anything about them until I started carrying a small notebook with me. Getting messages out of my head and onto paper and possibly into the computer assists with this. And, most of them are great things to do for my own practice, including Light Body Activations.
I can't wait for the 4th activation. It should be interesting.
The book explains the author's adventure in how he discovered the light body activations and his process from the Southwest United States to Hawaii and back to the States. It gives a down to earth (pardon the pun) approach to perform them on other people with ease.

I found the instructions easy to follow and the whole concept grand. I am going to use the techniques on myself as well as offer them to my clients in my practice.
