Truth about Milk
Milk is harmful and not meant for human consumption. People who drink milk each day have the weakest bones of all, while people who drink less or avoid it altogether invariably have stronger bones. Milk actually causes osteoporosis. How? Milk is so acidic that when it enters the body, the pH level becomes acid, and calcium is robbed from the bones, thus causing calcium loss, in order to restore the pH level to alkaline. Do not drink milk. The dairy industry spends $300 million a year in advertising with their effective and cute, yet untruthful, ads. You get more calcium from fresh raw spinach and carrot juice than milk. Goat milk is another option.
