The wind beneath my wings
This thing is a gas! If you've ever seen Leslie Nielsen disrupt an interview with extremely rude noises (search Youtube), you've seen - or rather, heard - this device in action. It's not for the timid and brainless, the type of person who just wants to push a button and have an obviously fake "blart" sound erupt from the vicinity of a chosen victim. This device, while deceptively simple, requires a certain degree of skill and practice to master. However, the wide variety of sounds possible; from barely-perceptible "butler's revenge," to "schoolgirl's skirt-lifter" and all the way to "trucker's mating call" are easily available.

Here's the trick: look at your hand, along the edge of the webbing between the base of your thumb and index finger. See where it's a single layer of skin, which wrinkles when you relax your thumb? You place that loose layer of skin half-way across the opening in this device. (Lick that area of your thumb if possible, to increase the "flutter" effect.) When you squeeze the Pooter, it pushes a thin stream of air against the webbing of your thumb, and that creates the sound. Vary it by squeezing harder or softer, and flexing your thumb to control the tension of your thumb webbing. (I realize how complicated that sounds, but once you try it you'll get it right away.)

Have fun, and don't embarrass yourself, whatever you do. That would be terrible...

THIS IS A GOOD GAG PRODUCT ONLY THING IS YOU MIGHT GET DISCOURAGED WHEN YOU FIRST TRY IT AND SAY IT DOESN'T WORK BUT AS THE PACKAGE SAYS YOU GOT TO PLAY WITH IT TILL YOU FEEL COMFORTABLE WITH IT THEN IT REALLY STARTS TO SOUND LIKE THE REAL THING.
