being true to yourself
Dear readers: I was skeptic, as usual, but I was also 'aching to heal'. We all have our life stories, we all feed them and feed from them. I was tired of my story. Radical Forgiveness Radical Forgiveness, Making Room for the Miracle, 2nd Editiontouched the right chords and the resulting symphony helped me understand-a lot. I read it in a weekeend and downloaded the worksheet. It worked. Try it. Of course I haven't finished composing but I have started. Just a word of warning: You will heal so you have to be sure you want to move ahead and leave your old, worn out, victim self behind and start becoming acquainted with a new you, actually, the real you that you intuitively know is there.
