Slide socks work well for me
I don't have this exact type (I purchased the less expensive Brunswick type from bowling.com), but I want to be sure to let people know that these slides can really help, especially if the shoe slide or sole on your sliding foot is sticking. I had a pair of Dexter Ricky IIs that I wore out in about three months (30-50 games per month) and this type of slide allowed me to keep bowling in those shoes and fixed an issue I was having with a defective pair of Dexter Men's Razor shoes. Essentially, this sock type slide fits right over the front of our shoe (top and bottom). Even though there are two pictured here, you get only one. You put the sock slide over your slide foot. If you bowl with your right-hand, then you slide on your left foot; the opposite hand/foot, if you are a left handed bowler. I highly recommend taking a few practice approaches when you first put on the slide (or any new pair of shoes), that way you can get used to it before you have a ball in your hands. Otherwise, you could slide too far or maybe slip and hurt yourself.
