A revival of RAGTIME opened at the Neil Simon Theater on November 15 to great reviews: 13 raves, 7 positives, 4 mixed, 1 negative and 1 pan. Sadly, the reviews have not translated into ticket sales and unless business picks up the show will close in January.

A revival of BYE BYE BIRDIE by Rounadabout Theater company opened on October 15 at Henry Miller's Theater. The reviews were mostly unfavorable: 1 Rave, 2 favorable, 2 mixed, 7 negatives and 9 outright pans. The show will end it limited run in January 2010.

at the Imperial Theater. The recording is the 2005 London cast. No Broadway cast album is planned. Show won the 2009 Tony award for Best Musical.

at the Winter Garden Theater ~ The show was given a huge boost by the release of the film version in 2008.

at the Ambassador Theater (1997 TONY winner - Best Revival of a Musical) ~ This is now the longest running revival in Broadway history.

This show is developing a huge cult following and soon productions will be opening in other cities. The New York production closes in January.

At the Dodger Stages. This off-beat show parodies boy bands with their homoerotic subtext. The cast album doesn't sound like a show album but rather like an CD by this faux group.

At the Jerry Orbach Theater. On May 3, 2010 this show will celebrate its 50th anniversary. The original production ran from 1960 to 2004. It closed because the theatre was being gutted. This new production opened at the Snapple Theatre center in 2006.
