And if you are in the mood for breadsticks, our mix makes breadsticks from the oven that can't be beat.- Gluten Free- Wheat Free- Made with Organic Rice Flour- Low Fat- No Cholesterol- No Saturated Fat- No Trans Fat- Kosher ParveDIRECTIONS:Makes 2-12" pizza crusts1-1/2 cups plus 2 tbsp warm water1 tbsp Hain Extra Virgin Olive Oil1/4 cup Arrowhead Mills White Rice Flour (optional)In a small bowl dissolve the yeast in 1-1/2 cups plus 2 tbsp warm water and let stand until slightly foamy on top, about 10 minutes. Empty dry contents of mix package into a large bowl and make a well in center. Add yeast mixture, 1 tbsp Olive Oil to the well. Using a fork mix well making circular motion, gradually pull the dry ingredients into the yeast and oil mixture. Continue stirring until dough forms. Turn out onto a work surface. If sticky, sprinkle dough with white rice flour and lightly knead until smooth, about 10 minutes. Form dough into a ball, brush a large bowl with olive oil and place dough in it, set aside at room temperature and cover with a damp towel for about 30 minutes. Note: If desired, the dough can be prepared in a breadmaker with a pizza dough cycle. Add dry and wet ingredients per the breadmaker's instructions and then press start. Heaven on Earth
Discovering that Gluten was the root of all evil (and small bowel obstructions) in my world was a devastating blow. How could life be complete without pizza? Thus my search for gluten free pizza began.

I tried Amy's gluten free frozen pizza. Blech. It was like eating cardboard. Seriously, go lick a cardboard box and that was the taste. Bite the box, that was the texture.

In my despair, I would order Round Table and "skin" it. It just wasn't satisfying.

Fast forward to my discovery of this Pizza crust mix. WOW!!!!!

I am not a cook.

I hate cooking and the need to handle yeast for this mix almost put me off. But I'm glad I caved and made it. Talk about easy. Preparation was a breeze. I ended up using olive oil to oil the pan and spreading ALL the dough in a cookie sheet and making a rectangular pizza. It worked fine. It tasted fabulous. It was one of the best tasting pizza crusts I'd had in my whole life. I salivate thinking about this pizza crust.

I HIGHLY recommend this mix.
